Sleep more
In order to prevent breakouts, you need to sleep at least 5 hours. There is a link between skin and acne. If you don’t get much sleep, you will breakout.
Change your diet
Breakouts can be cause by some foods that we eat like refined carbs and fried foods. Change to a healthy diet and you will see the difference in your skin.
Keep your hands to yourself
If you want to have the perfect skin complexion you can’t touch your face if they are not clean.
Drink more water
Water keeps your skin cells hydrated and make your skin looks better.
