United Airlines le dio la bienvenida a un nuevo avión Boeing 737-900ER. Aún cuando éste no es el primero de su clase en la flota de United, si será el primero y único en ostentar el distintivo color violeta en su fuselaje. El avión conmemorativo fue pintado especialmente para celebrar el décimo aniversario del apoyo de United Airlines a March of Dimes, cuya misión es proveerle a las familias con la ayuda y orientación relacionada con las condiciones de embarazo y el nacimiento de bebés saludables.

United Airlines welcomed a new Boeing 737-900ER. Although this is not the first of its kind in the United fleet, if it will be the first and only wear the distinctive purple in its fuselage. The commemorative aircraft was painted specially to celebrate the tenth anniversary of United Airlines to support March of Dimes, whose mission is to provide families with the help and guidance related to the conditions of pregnancy and the birth of healthy babies.
