  • Lleno de simbolismos vestimenta de la Primera Familia de Puerto Rico

     

    El Gobernador electo de Puerto Rico, Hon. Ricardo Rosselló Nevares, juramentará al cargo hoy lunes utilizando la misma Biblia con la que juramentó su padre, el ex-Gobernador de Puerto Rico, Pedro Rosselló González. Además, Rosselló Nevares usará las mismas yuntas de camisa que usó su padre cuando se convirtió en gobernador de Puerto Rico en el 1993.

    Por su parte, la Primera Dama entrante Beatriz Rosselló reveló hoy que la vestimenta de la hija de ambos, Claudia Beatriz, es simbólica por partida doble.

    “El traje de Claudia fue confeccionado por una diseñadora de Moca, pueblo de mi familia paterna,” dijo la Primera Dama entrante. “Y lleva detalles en mundillo hecho en Puerto Rico porque para nosotros es importante inculcarle a nuestra hija nuestras tradiciones y cultura – – El mundillo es un arte hermoso de nuestra Isla –  en especial de Moca – y quiero que todos lo valoren y admiren, el trabajo de nuestra gente es inigualable.”

    La pequeña Claudia Beatriz lleva un delicado vestido en estopilla color rosado y encajes en mundillo, creación de la diseñadora de moda de niños, Michelle Ann. Claudia Beatriz también lleva un tocado en mundillo bordado con diminutas perlas, confeccionado por Michelle Ann. La diseñadora de modas se inspiró en la cultura y tradiciones puertorriqueñas a petición de la Primera Dama entrante, por lo que decidió resaltar la elegancia del diseño con puntillas, pasacintas, bordados y encajes hechos “a la antigua, en mundillo, para darle un valor sentimental y puertorriqueño a la pieza.”

    “Acogí inmediatamente la idea de la Primera Dama porque para mí es muy importante que nosotros, los jóvenes puertorriqueños, mantengamos nuestras tradiciones y raíces,” dijo la diseñadora mocana. “El mundillo es una tarea laboriosa y delicada…su elaboración consume mucho tiempo, pero vale la pena el esfuerzo porque es uno de los mejores regalos que Puerto Rico nos ha brindado.”

    La Primera Dama entrante Beatriz Rosselló vestirá ropa del respetado diseñador Gustavo Arango.

    “Agradezco a la señora Beatriz Rosselló y a su equipo de trabajo por confiar en mí y permitirme ser parte de este día tan especial,” dijo por su parte Arango. “La sencillez, don de gente y elegancia de la Primera Dama me permitió crear este ajuar exclusivo para ella – – Dios la bendiga.”

    Durante la Toma de Posesión en el Capitolio, Beatriz Rosselló llevará un vestido línea A en seda color marfil, cuello en V y espectaculares mangas cortas en encaje Chantilly también en tono marfil. Para la Cena de Estado en el Antiguo Casino en la noche,  la Primera Dama lucirá un vestido de gran gala en capas de muselina de seda azul marino y negro, con detalles drapeados en la cintura y la espalda, y manguillos bordados en canutillos negros y pedrería.

    DECODIFICA EL CÓDIGO DE VESTIMENTA. Una vez te han ofrecido un puesto, consulta con Recursos Humanos sobre el código de vestimenta de la oficina: ¿son las piernas al descubierto adecuadas? ¿qué pasa con blusas sin mangas? Siempre es mejor obtener asesoramiento antes de empezar.

    MANTENLO CLÁSICO. Construye tu guardarropa de trabajo alrededor de piezas atemporales como el “LBD” y chaquetas entalladas que puedan usarse durante todo el año. Sólo compra algunas de las piezas en tendencia en cada temporada.

    MEZCLA TUS ACCESORIOS. Juguetones y divertidos, son la clave para mantener tu aspecto fresco. Elige algo pequeño pero interesante, como un brillante par de zapatos de tacón, un cinturón de colores o un collar llamativo.

    CÓMODA, NO CASUAL. Algunas oficinas pueden ser más relajadas, pero siempre mantente alejada de cosas como pantalones cortos de jean y sandalias. Usted quiere sentirse bien, pero no quiere ver como si fuera a la playa.

    DON’T BARE TOO MUCH SKIN.  You never want to seem over-exposed at work. If you’re going to wear a stripy top because it’s summer and it’s hot out, add a little cardigan to cover your shoulders and your bra straps. Girls tend to dress for the weather and not for the office.

    MAKE SURE YOUR CLOTHES FIT WELL. The way you feel in your outfit can affect your confidence level. If you’re physically uncomfortable because your clothes are to tight or loose, you’re going to fidget and appear self-conscious.

    GO FOR POLISHED HAIR & MAKEUP. Your beauty look should always be pulled-together, but not overdone. Things like heavy makeup or wet hair are major no-nos. It looks like you aren’t taking your job seriously.

    DRESS LIKE IT’S INTERVIEW DAY. Always err on the side of being overdressed. If you’re just a few months into a new job, you’re still being evaluated, so its smart to be more cautious.

    Sácale provecho a tus piezas. Si tienes un “crop top” y no sabes de qué maneras usarlo, te damos unas ideas.
