Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal (old- fashioned oats)
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup ground flax seed
½ cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together until they mix completely. Cover and put it on the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls with the size of your preference. Store in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Make 20-25 balls.
Note:
- Different Chocolate: If you don’t want to use dark chocolate you can substitute it with any other kinds of chips (butterscotch, milk chocolate, white chocolate). If you are vegan, I recommend cacao nibs.
- Different Nut Butter: If you are allergic to peanuts, you can substitute it with others kinds of nut butter (almond butter, sunflower seed butter)

Different Sweeteners: It is prefer honey but if you are vegan you can use alternative sweeteners too.
