BLACK TAPE PROJECT closed the Art Hearts Fashion shows during Miami Swim Week making a grand finale with the artistry and barely-there designs the brand is famous for. Creator Joel Alvarez live-taped a model on the runway, demonstrating his strategically placed tape art and alternative fashion designs.
In between creations, models strut down the runway with beautiful tape mosaic forming one piece swimsuits and bikinis shaping to perfection the woman’s body.
Will it resist water and sun? Will be comfortable to wear outside the runway? We don’t have answers to that but we are sure that each look in itself is a unique work of art.
