24 Hours in London? Here’s your complete guide to the city

Nothing is more exciting than jumping on a plane onwards to a new destination, ready for all the opportunities that it has to offer. Opportunities that overflow in the bustling city of London. 

London is home to some of the world’s most renowned fashion brands, posh living, and rock & roll. While also being couth; filled with iconic landmarks, and museums. It’s where history meets pop-culture, and newcomers to the city want to see it all. 

Yet sometimes time is not your friend, you may only have a few hours to immerse yourself in the city before you head on to your next destination.

So here’s the complete guide on what to do in London, when you only have 24 hours.

Start your day with a traditional full English Breakfast, Full Monty to the locals. This hearty meal is just what you need to start your day in the city.

Let your inner rockstar free in Abbey Road. Popular location thanks to no other than The Beatles. So strut and pose for the camera while you pretend to be one The Beatles in their album cover. 

Shop in Dover Street Market this trendy concept retail store, developed by Comme des Garçons’ own Rei Kawakubo and her husband Adrian Joffe, carries some of the best luxury brands such as Balenciaga, Maison Margiela, and Rick Owens; while also showcasing some of the world’s best up-and-coming designers. This is a must-see destination for all fashion fanatics. 

Sightsee in Westminster Abbey, where you can find a handful of the city’s landmarks! Begin observing posh living in Buckingham Palace, home to the British Royal Family. Here you can watch the change of guard while fantasizing about becoming the next Megan Markle.

Visit London’s most iconic landmark, Big Ben! Here you can take that “Hey, I’m in London!” picture that you’ll share with all your friends and family. The Great Belltower is breathtaking, even when it’s under renovation. But don’t worry, it’s scheduled to be finished by 2021
