Catalina Morales, la joven de 23 años y estudiante de Derecho representó al pueblo de Guaynabo y ganó el título de Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2015. La quinta finalista fue Miss Utuado, mientras que la cuarta resultó ser Miss Mayagüez y la posición de tercera quedó sobre Miss Humacao. Miss Cayey terminó segunda y Miss Aguas Buenas tuvo que conformarse con el puesto de primera finalista.
Ante un grupo de periodistas en los altos del Meliá Century Hotel en Ponce, la recién ganadora se expresó ante las cámaras. Comentó que está consiente de perder su privacidad y de estar preparada para las críticas. Añadió que considera que la reacción que tuvo el público en el certamen -por los abucheos contínuos que recibió- los estima normal y espera demostrarle con el fruto de su trabajo a las personas que no quedaron contentas que el jurado escogió bien.
Frente a la pregunta de la prensa a Desireé Lowry sobre si tiene planificada ya la transformación que realizarán a la candidata, contestó que el equipo no se ha reunido todavía, pero que se siente tranquila porque su candidata es una chica inteligente y con sustancia y con muchos deseos de seguir hacia adelante, además de poseer una figura de constitución delgada, por lo que entiende que se transformará poco.

The fifth finalist was Miss Utuado, while the fourth proved to be Miss Mayagüez and the third position was on Miss Humacao. Miss Cayey finished second and Miss Aguas Buenas had to settle for the position of first runner.
Before a group of journalists in the top of the Meliá Century Hotel in Ponce, the recent winner expressed on camera. She said that she is aware of losing their privacy and is prepared for criticism. She added that she considers normal the reaction the audience had in the contest-for the continuous booing received- and that she expects to show with the fruits of her labor to people who were not happy about the decision that the jury chose well.
Desiree Lowry, when asked by the press on the plan for the transformation that will be done to the candidate, she replied that the team has not decided yet, but she feels in peace because their candidate is a smart girl with substance and eager to move forward, in addition to having a figure of slender build, so she understood that the transformation was going to be minimal.
